Novelty : In process, fortification and formulation will be novel.

Current Development stage/ Evaluations done :
Formulation and field trials in laboratory animals carried out

Industry responsibility for technology transfer :
Take up of formulation, optimize formulation for taste, nutrient content testing, toxicology of the product and regulatory approval. Any new innovation to be jointly covered under IP. Scale up and commercialization.

Deliverables from Institute :
Formulation, training in processing and manufacture. Hand holding in formulation optimization and manufacture scale up.
